For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By registering a jlj2 Account, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. Acceptance is mandatory — jlj2 does not permit conditional or partial acceptance of these Terms.
2.2 These Terms apply to all products and services offered on the jlj2 Platform, including but not limited to: online slots, live dealer casino games, sports betting, bingo, keno, fishing games, promotional bonuses, the jlj2 VIP loyalty program, and customer support services.
2.3 These Terms should be read in conjunction with jlj2's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between jlj2 and its Players. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy or Responsible Gaming Policy, these Terms shall prevail unless the conflicting provision specifically relates to data protection or responsible gaming obligations, in which case the more protective provision shall apply.
2.4 jlj2 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated to Players via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the jlj2 Platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. Players who do not accept amended Terms must notify jlj2 and may request account closure.
3.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of the jlj2 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This restriction is imposed by Philippine law and enforced by PAGCOR regulation. Persons under the age of 21 are absolutely prohibited from registering an Account, making deposits, or participating in any game or promotion offered by jlj2.
3.2 Age Verification. jlj2 will require Players to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. KYC requires submission of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document bearing the Player's photograph and date of birth. Accepted documents include: PhilSys National ID, UMID, Philippine passport, driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO), SSS ID, and PRC ID. jlj2 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
3.3 Geographic Eligibility. The jlj2 Platform is operated under PAGCOR licensing and is intended for use by Players physically located within the jurisdiction covered by jlj2's PAGCOR license. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of jlj2 is lawful in their jurisdiction. jlj2 may restrict or block access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
3.4 Capacity. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, that you are not acting as an agent for any undisclosed principal, and that you are not accessing jlj2 on behalf of any person who would not individually meet the eligibility requirements set forth in this Section.
3.5 Underage Gambling. If jlj2 has reason to believe that a Player is under the age of 21, it will immediately suspend the Account pending investigation. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be voided, and deposits will be returned to the original payment method minus any amounts already withdrawn. jlj2 cooperates fully with PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities in cases involving underage gambling.
4.1 One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) jlj2 Account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is a material breach of these Terms. jlj2 may suspend all associated accounts, void all balances and winnings, and report the matter to PAGCOR.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must promptly update their account information if any details change. jlj2 is not responsible for service interruptions, failed payments, or withheld winnings resulting from a Player providing inaccurate registration information.
4.3 Account Security. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. jlj2 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). Any activity conducted through a Player's Account — regardless of whether it was authorized by the Player — is the Player's responsibility. Players must notify jlj2 support immediately upon discovering or suspecting unauthorized access.
4.4 KYC Compliance. jlj2 is required by PAGCOR regulation to conduct identity and age verification. Players who fail to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request, or whose KYC documents cannot be verified, may have their withdrawal suspended and Account restricted until verification is satisfactorily completed.
4.5 Non-Transferability. jlj2 Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Players may not sell, transfer, or assign their Account, Wallet balance, or any entitlements therein to any other person.
5.1 Approved Payment Methods. jlj2 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. jlj2 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Players.
5.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform. jlj2 reserves the right to adjust these minimums.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposit and verified as belonging to the Account holder. jlj2 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. All pending withdrawal requests are subject to standard fraud and AML checks before processing.
5.4 Processing Times. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 3–7 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 5–20 minutes depending on the receiving institution. jlj2 provides processing time estimates in good faith; actual times may vary due to factors outside jlj2's control including payment provider processing delays, maintenance windows, and regulatory review requirements.
5.5 Fees. jlj2 does not charge withdrawal fees. Players may incur fees charged by their GCash, Maya, or banking provider — these are the Player's responsibility and are not within jlj2's control or authority to waive.
5.6 Anti-Money Laundering. jlj2 complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR AML requirements. jlj2 may request source-of-funds documentation, delay processing of unusually large or suspicious transactions, and report transactions to AMLC as required by law. Players suspected of using the Platform to facilitate money laundering or other financial crimes will have their Accounts suspended and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and promotional offers made available by jlj2 are subject to these General Bonus Terms as well as any specific terms published with each individual promotion. In the event of conflict, promotion-specific terms take precedence over these general terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus amounts must be wagered at least fifteen (15) times before they may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute 20–50%, and some game categories may contribute 0%. Specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.
6.3 Bonus Validity Period. Bonuses not activated within the specified validity period after being credited will expire automatically. Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the bonus validity period; failure to do so results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
6.4 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. While a bonus balance is active, the maximum stake per round or per bet is ₱500 unless a different limit is specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
6.5 Abuse and Fraud. jlj2 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close Accounts, where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using prohibited betting patterns (e.g., low-risk hedging strategies designed to exploit bonus terms), or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
6.6 jlj2 Discretion. jlj2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. jlj2 is not obligated to offer any particular bonus and may exclude specific Players from specific promotions at its discretion, provided such exclusion does not constitute unlawful discrimination.
7.1 Certified RNG. All games available on the jlj2 Platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested and certified for fairness and accuracy. Advertised Return to Player (RTP) percentages are based on long-term statistical averages and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.
7.2 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or hardware failure that affects the integrity of a game — including incorrect display of results, erroneous crediting of winnings, or game freezes — jlj2 reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return the corresponding stake to the Player's Wallet. Winnings generated as a result of a technical malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.
7.3 Disconnection. Players are responsible for maintaining stable internet connectivity during gameplay. jlj2 is not liable for losses resulting from a Player's disconnection during a game round. Most game providers retain the last game state and will resume from the point of disconnection when reconnection is established.
7.4 Game Provider Rules. Games provided by third-party software providers (including Evolution Gaming, JILI, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and others) are subject to the respective provider's own game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of conflict between provider rules and jlj2's Terms, the provider's game-specific rules apply to the game mechanics, while jlj2's Terms govern the Player's account relationship.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jlj2 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:
8.2 jlj2 reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this Section using any available information, including IP address data, device fingerprinting, payment records, and gameplay patterns. Players under investigation may have their withdrawal requests placed on hold pending the outcome of the investigation.

10.1 jlj2-Initiated Suspension. jlj2 reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that: (a) the Player has breached these Terms; (b) the Account is associated with fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity; (c) PAGCOR or law enforcement has directed jlj2 to restrict the Account; or (d) jlj2 is required to do so for regulatory compliance purposes.
10.2 Player-Initiated Closure. Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting jlj2 support. All pending wagering requirements must be addressed before withdrawal of any bonus-derived balance. Real money balances will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding security checks.
10.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account termination — whether jlj2-initiated or Player-initiated — all bonus balances, free spins, and uncompleted wagering requirements are forfeited. Real money balances that are not the subject of a legitimate dispute will be returned to the Player.
11.1 All content on the jlj2 Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, data compilations, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of jlj2 or its content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jlj2 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software; create derivative works based on Platform content; or use jlj2 trademarks, branding, or content for any commercial purpose without jlj2's prior written consent.
12.1 No Warranty. The jlj2 Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." jlj2 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected. jlj2 does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information provided on the Platform.
12.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlj2's aggregate liability to any Player for any direct damages arising from or in connection with the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 Exclusions. jlj2 shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (c) losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials; (d) losses caused by events outside jlj2's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, natural disasters, government actions, or third-party payment provider outages.
13.1 jlj2 collects, processes, stores, and uses Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.
13.2 By registering a jlj2 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in jlj2's Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy available at jlj2.vip/privacy-policy for full details of what data is collected, how it is used, your rights as a data subject, and how to exercise those rights.
13.3 jlj2 may share Player data with PAGCOR and other regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required by applicable law, including for anti-money laundering reporting and responsible gaming program compliance.
14.1 jlj2 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via registered email address or in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by PAGCOR directive, applicable law, or urgent security considerations.
14.2 The most current version of these Terms is always available at jlj2.vip/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Players are responsible for periodically reviewing the Terms to remain informed of any changes.
14.3 Continued use of the jlj2 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. Players who do not wish to be bound by amended Terms must notify jlj2 in writing and may request Account closure, at which point all real money balances will be returned subject to standard security verification procedures.
15.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
15.2 PAGCOR Jurisdiction. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, jlj2 is subject to the regulatory jurisdiction of PAGCOR. Players who believe jlj2 has acted in breach of its PAGCOR license obligations may file a complaint directly with PAGCOR through its official channels.
15.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a Player and jlj2 regarding these Terms or any aspect of the Player's use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through jlj2's internal dispute resolution process, which involves submission of a formal written complaint to jlj2's compliance team. jlj2 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and issue a substantive response within 14 calendar days.
15.4 Jurisdiction. If amicable resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
