5.1 We do not sell your personal data. jlj2 does not sell, rent, or otherwise commercially transfer your personal data to third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes โ under any circumstances.

7.1 Active Accounts. Personal data associated with active jlj2 Accounts is retained for the duration of the Account's existence plus the applicable post-closure retention period described below.
7.2 Post-Closure Retention. Upon Account closure, jlj2 retains personal data for a minimum of five (5) years to comply with PAGCOR licensing requirements, Philippine AML record-keeping obligations under RA 9160 (as amended), and potential dispute resolution needs. Financial transaction records may be retained for up to seven (7) years in accordance with Philippine tax and accounting regulations.
7.3 KYC Documents. Identity verification documents submitted for KYC purposes are retained for the period required by PAGCOR regulation, typically five (5) years following Account closure, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.
7.4 Marketing Data. Personal data collected solely for marketing purposes (with no other lawful basis) is deleted or anonymized within six (6) months following a Player's withdrawal of marketing consent or Account closure, whichever is earlier.

10.3 To protect against fraudulent requests, jlj2 may require you to verify your identity before processing a data subject rights request. This verification typically involves confirming information already associated with your jlj2 Account and may require KYC documents in cases where your identity cannot otherwise be confirmed.
10.4 If you believe jlj2 has not adequately addressed your data subject rights request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. Information on how to file an NPC complaint is available at the NPC's official website.
11.1 In the event of a personal data breach that is reasonably likely to give rise to a real risk of harm to affected individuals, jlj2 will notify the National Privacy Commission (NPC) within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, in accordance with NPC Circular 16-03 on Personal Data Breach Management.
11.2 Where a breach is likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of affected jlj2 Players โ for example, where sensitive financial data or identity documents may have been compromised โ jlj2 will also notify the affected Players directly without undue delay. The notification will describe the nature of the breach, the categories and approximate number of data subjects affected, likely consequences, and measures taken or proposed to address the breach.
11.3 jlj2 maintains a Data Breach Response Plan that is reviewed and tested annually. The Plan covers breach detection, containment, assessment, notification, and remediation procedures.
12.1 Some of jlj2's service providers โ including cloud infrastructure providers and game software companies โ are located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to a country that the NPC has not determined to provide an adequate level of data protection, jlj2 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, including contractual data processing agreements incorporating standard data protection clauses consistent with NPC requirements.
12.2 jlj2 does not transfer personal data to countries subject to international sanctions or countries with materially weaker data protection frameworks without implementing enhanced contractual and technical safeguards. A list of the countries to which personal data may be transferred is available upon request to jlj2's DPO.
13.1 The jlj2 Platform may contain links to third-party websites or embed third-party services (such as live casino game interfaces provided by Evolution Gaming or JILI). jlj2 is not responsible for the data practices of these third parties, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to their data collection activities.
